URINOMA IN A GIRL WITH NON-HODGKIN LYMPHOMA. ABOUT A CASE.

Abstract

This is the case of a 9-year-old female schoolgirl with stage III non-Hodgkin lymphoma, with a large abdominal tumor and apparent left hvdronephrosis that was later proven to be an urinoma associated with hydronephrosis. This fairly rare entity is described in children, although it is more or less frequent in adults, secondary to lithiasis or before abdominal surgery. The objective is to present a rare entity, which pediatriciaiis need to know and look for, especially in patients with predisposing conditions
